Well, I had a frozen car on a Saturday night. "Googled" the blankets, and went to my normal purchasing site...Amazon. Saw Millenium Marine's price which was less than Amazon's. I e-mailed Chris's personal e-mail on the website, and was a little frantic. He responded on a Sunday, followed up with the sale about 10 times. It was as if I was in a time capsule. Pre-internet customer service, and lot's of hand holding. I can't say enough about Chris. I made a $110.00 purchase and got the Royal Treatment. What does he do if you spend $1000.00? Ship a gift basket with the order? Five stars.
